Orders are placed through our online catalog, and a purchase order is created, processed and transmitted to our warehouse in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Shipping Information:
Orders are packaged and shipped in Ann Arbor, Michigan within 48 hours of receipt of each purchase order. Advance shipping notice enabled.

Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns must be shipped prepaid to the Book Hub Inc. Returns address below. All current titles maybe returned, and all out of print titles are eligible for return for six months from the date a title is declared out of print. If Book Hub Inc. ceases distribution for a publisher, we will accept returns for that publisher for six months from the date of the broken agreement.
