Expectation for Publisher/Author
In order to create the best understanding of the process please adhere to the following guidelines:

* Provide MSWord, txt or similar format preferred

* Pdf documents may require OCR software and are prone to greater amount of time involved in formatting prior to conversion and upload

* ISBN provided by publisher but may be available from Book Hub with additional fee of $40

* Make sure image files are cropped and scanned in high resolution to ensure best visual appeal after your eBook is completed

* Publisher/author shall prepare all special files in advance to save time and cost in the formatting process

* Conversion is the property of the publisher/author


Expectation for Book Hub Inc.
* Book Hub will provide quality design for each publisher and for each eBook project

* We will promptly format, convert, and upload your title into the following formats including Kindle, Kobo, Nook, Apple (iPod iPod apps), Google, other devices using ePub standard, and pdf format sales

* Book Hub's eBook professional will recommend type and size according to the specific visual needs of the fiction or non-fiction title

* Features may include table of contents, index, images, audio, video, graphics, tables, charts, forced page breaks, linking

* Email direct for help with one of our eBook professionals to answer any question

* Prompt monthly sales statement and payment due in excess of $50 for all accounts, 30 days after the close of month
