Sales and marketing for book publishers, and subsidiary rights agency Description: -Opportunity offers a team members in the area of purchase order processing, sales operations,competitive analysis, business development, data base maintenance, and accounting.
- Meet with other teams and to learn about the trade book publishing industry topics ranging from acquisitions, book production/design, sales/marketing, PR/publicity, operations, AR/AP, subsidiary rights.
With direction will be expected to engage in: -order entry processing -competitive analysis -bookkeeping -sales operations -operations forecasting -product support maintenance -customer analysis -product performance
Qualifications Desired:
-Experience in business or accounting and will assist in using trade specific software (iPub), MS Excel, as well as Quickbooks.
